REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Indonesia national team coach Patrick Kluivert called up 32 players to undergo training sessions ahead of the final two matches of Group C of the Third Round of the 2026 World Cup Qualifier Asia Zone. Indonesia will face China on June 5 in Jakarta and Japan on June 10 in Tokyo.

Welcoming the two games, Kluivert will play for the Indonesian national team in Bali from May 26. This is so that the team can gather longer and mature the game plan that will be applied to the two matches.

The 32 players called up were the majority of players selected to defend Indonesia against Australia and Bahrain previously. Only Ragnar Oratmangoen is not on the list. He was reported injured.

In the middle, Kluivert called up Thom Haye, Rizky Kambuaya, Marselino Ferdinan, Ivar Jenner, Joey Pelupessy, and Nathan Tjoe A On. While in the position of left wing or left wing defender there were Shayne Pattynama, Yance Sayuri, Pratama Arhan, Calvin Verdonk, and Dean James.

Indonesia are fourth in Group C of 2026 World Cup qualifying after a 1-0 win over Bahrian in March. The opportunity to qualify directly is still open if it is able to sweep away two matches with a win.
